These pieces were commissioned by Siegel from a company called 'Will-George' (California Pottery). There were only 200 of these amazing figurines made and many of them have been lost or broken over the years.
This is a very rare 1946 Ceramic Flamingo given out by mobster Bugsy Siegel at the December 26th opening night of the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
